Workshops in Emeryville, East Bay
Nov 22-23, 2008 Vivencial workshop
with Belisa Amaro, director of the San Francisco School of Biodanza
"Biodanza and Expression in Clay"
Human beings have a strong and primitive connection with mud, a link which retraces our steps back to our origins. Clay is an organic material with great potential to unleash emotions and access and express the unconscious.
In this Biodanza weekend workshop, use dance and clay to awaken your primordial sensitivity and create sculptures that materialize your internal world. You will progressively explore symbols and archetypes that form your history, transmute stuck energy, and create forms that materialize your true potentials.
In kneading the clay, the clay shapes you!
No previous experience with this material is necessary. No aim to produce artistic pieces.
May 30-31 – Vivencial workshop
with Belisa Amaro, director of the San Francisco School of Biodanza
"You, Particle of the Cosmos"
In this weekend vivencia on transcendence you will experience
- The magnitude of feeling alive and a pulsating part of our systemic universe
- The security and comfort of belonging
- The sacredness of your life and life around you
- The ecstasy of letting go to unite and fuse
Minimum of three Biodanza classes of experience required to attend workshops.
To register, get information or to request a brochure about Biodanza contact info@biodanzasf.com or (415) 339-8739.
